Run for you.
Not for the feed.

Endurance became a scoreboard. endurancr turns it back into a run. One training plan, built around your goal and the pace you actually like, with nobody else's numbers on the screen.

01 Why

Somewhere between the ultra records, the finish-line videos, and the weekly leaderboard, running got loud.

It turned into something to broadcast, rank, and optimize for other people. A private record became a public one. A slow, honest run started to feel like something you had to explain. The endurance world exploded, and in all the noise it quietly forgot the one person it was ever about: you.

Running was never meant to be a scoreboard. It is you, moving at a pace you like, toward something that matters to you. That is the whole point, and it is the only thing endurancr is built for.

No feed. No followers. No comparison. Just you and the next run.

02 What it does

A real plan, that follows your real weeks.

  1. Step 1

    Set one goal

Pick your race and its date. endurancr builds a full plan using the VDOT method from Jack Tupper Daniels, paced to the fitness you have now, not the fitness you wish you had. A short race shows your speed, so marathon pace starts a little easier until your long runs show the endurance. For a marathon, that's a 25 km run. The long runs build to 32 km for a marathon and 19 km for a half, the last one 3 weeks before race day. Along the way: marathon-pace runs, strides, a 10 km tune-up race that sets your paces, race-day pacing and fuelling, and easy days to recover after it.

  2. Step 2

    Run how you like

Record on your iPhone with GPS, or on your Apple Watch to add heart rate. On interval days the watch guides you: "Rep 3 of 6 in 100 m", then a tap and "Go" with the pace, and another tap and "3 of 6 done" after it. Only the start and the end of an effort tap your wrist; easy running is left in peace. Strides run on the clock instead: two taps when they start, then each 20 s burst counted down big on your wrist. Afterwards the plan shows every rep against its target, slower ones too, and every stride with its time and pace. Feel like intervals on another day? "Start another session" offers them when they fit, and says why when they don't. A run on the watch shows on your iPhone's Lock Screen too, and the watch's own Auto-Pause holds it at a traffic light. Already running a lot? The plan starts from how much you run, read from Apple Health. On a treadmill, an indoor run turns GPS off and gives your targets in km/h, and your runs can sit in Calendar, moving when the plan does. Every run is saved straight to Apple Health. No badge to earn, no streak to protect, no one watching.

  3. Step 3

    The plan adapts to you

Like a running buddy who isn't pushy: run less and the next weeks build from what you ran, take a break and it eases you back in, and missed kilometres never pile up. It tells you honestly whether your target time is on track, with a realistic one to switch to.

05 Your data

Your data goes exactly one place, and you already own it.

endurancr has no backend, so there is nothing to breach and nothing to sell. Your plan lives on your device. Your runs live in Apple Health, saved as standard workouts, read back from the same place. That is the entire map. When you delete the app, the story ends with you.
